‘Safety is a conviction’

‘Safety is a conviction’

You don't think about safety in your organization every day. Of course, the work can be dangerous, such as in the Oil & Gas industry or in construction. But you rely on spot-on safety procedures and protocols. Safety is already a top priority, so there's nothing more you can do, right? But measures and controls are just the tip of the iceberg. Under the surface, it's the behavior, emotions, dealing with deadlines, interpersonal relationships, and beliefs of your people that really determine how safe or unsafe your company is. That's where the problem lies.

Safety is only a certainty when it is not a goal, but is lived out of personal conviction. By everyone, from the boardroom to the shop floor. That is the starting point from which the safety culture architects at In Tense create an effective safety culture for international players.

Want to see a concrete example? This short film speaks volumes.
